The Slog Series, TCK's outdoor product line, was inaugurated in 2006; and the concept was born in the mind of a local mountaineer who had been using some of TCK's Athletic socks for years as efficient and durable tools in the backcountry.  Having returned from several weeks in the Patagonian Andes with nothing but praise for the performance of TCK's Coach's Sideline Sock on the trail, this local adventurer implored TCK to make its longstanding and superior simplicity, quality, and product performance available in the outdoor market and for those who brave rugged terrain and punishing elements on a consistent basis.  Out of such pleas, the Slog Series was born.
